Brad is a lifelong resident of New Hampshire; he grew up in Salem NH and now resides in Stratham with his wife Kristen (MacLeod) and their two daughters Alexis and Camille.
Brad received his Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Administration from Lynn University in Boca Raton Florida in 1993. Before making the move into Real Estate Brad was a PGA Professional at two of the seacoasts premier golf courses. Involvement in his community is very important; he coaches in the Stratham girls softball league and is a former vice chairman of the Stratham Planning Board.
For his sellers, Brad does anything he can to get their home out in front. He advertises his listings with professional photography, virtual tours, flyers, real estate magazines, newspapers, open houses and on the Samonas Realty website. For buyers Brad stresses the importance of educating them on the current market conditions, whether his client has purchased multiple homes or is a first time home buyer he makes sure they know that together they are making the right decision with the most up to date information.
Brad is a licensed New Hampshire real estate agent and a member of NNEREN (Northern New England Real Estate Network), SBR (Seacoast Board of Realtors), NHAR (New Hampshire Association of Realtors) and NAR (National Association of Realtors).
