John Samonas has spent 15 years buying, investing and small scale developing commercial projects. He is a member in good standing of the NH Association of Realtors, the Seacoast Board of Realtors, CIBOR, a regional organization of commercial real estate professionals, and a Maine Real Estate Broker. He has spent years working in commercial real estate and its related fields in and around the seacoast and New Hampshire markets.
John is a life long area native, raised and educated in Hampton, and a 1985 Graduate of Plymouth State College. He is married to Julie Samonas, a Greenland educator, and together they are the proud parents of four children. He and his wife are and have been active as coach and Board members, in Football, Lacrosse, Soccer, as well as avid fans.
